Adding Mod to phpld 3.3 site.

I am looking for someone who knows PHPLD and has done updates with ver 3.3 and Mod additions before.I want to add the Additional Payment Plans Mod from http://blog.rakcha.com/2007/07/04/phpld-additional-payment-plans/.
The code they point out is not exactly the same and I would rather pay a bit to
make sure its done right. We are upgrading the site from PHPLD 3.2 to PHPLD 3.3
and would like the mod inserted into the Dev site before making it live and
replacing the old site.
