Need A Design On Various Sizes of Banner Ads

I need an expert who is good in designing banner ads with Gif file with the sizes indicating below:
1) 468×60 pixels (Full banner)
2) 125×125 pixels
3) 120×90 Pixels
4) 120×60
5) 88×31
6) 234×60 (Half Banners)
7) 120×600 (skyscraper)
160×600 (wide skyscraper)
Only one design once selected will apply throughout, but adjustments are requiired to fit into various sizes.
