New Website for Gifts Company

Hi,
I have a client who operate gifts products requires a simple commercial website with the requirements as below:
> Admin is able to manage all contents of the site.
Insert the company logo that skin to the site.
> Ability to add/edit/delete admin user and set users’authorization
> Ability to add/edit/category
> Ability to add/edit/delete products on category.
> RSS feed & Google Adsense integration.
Design is Web 2.0 format and clean & presentable
Kindly propose 3 x Joomla templates (or equivalent)that can be easily customized to meet the above simple requirements. Selection of templates are important for my assessment.
Please show max 3 projects you had done previously and this is a quick turnaround project. I shall provide a clean cPanel for you to upload the script into my server.
Payment in escrow and will only release upon successfully run on my server.Like usual I will own the right exclusively.
