Project Outcome: I want a NEW VERSION of these quotes using the supplied data below, EITHER IN FLASH OR IN JAVASCRIPT if you prefer.
Terms: In either case must work in IE6/7/8, FF2/3, Opera, Safari, I must own the copyright to the completed works, and you must send on the source Actionscript for the flash.
Appearance: The style must be similar or identical to the current file linked above. The total size should not be bigger horizontally than the current version (but we can make it vertically taller to fit some of the quotes if it is needed).
Timing: the quotes should rotate more quickly as follows: Fade In: 1 second, Display: 4 seconds, Fade Out: 1 second.
There are 26 quotes in total, if you like, you may send me a sample version with the first 4 quotes with your bid, I’ll chose the winner very quickly as I need this complete within 24 hours.

Additional Info (Added 12/14/2008 at 2:53 EST)…I know I didn’t set a price range, but I am a coder myself, and I know how long this should take for someone who knows their stuff. You guys with bids of $100+ are way off base.
